    • number of guests

    • number of nights

    Everything is clearly stated in the contract and invoiced per stay.

  • We have a professional in-house cleaning team that handles all turnovers.
    Even in peak seasons, our scheduling system ensures smooth logistics, though we always communicate proactively if timing adjustments are needed.

  • Absolutely! I've got you covered. I always bring along my own chemicals, tools, vacuum, and special equipment to make sure the job gets done right. You don't have to worry about a thing.

  • No we don’t offer a fixed-income model.
    Instead, we work on a performance-based system: we earn only when you earn.
    We can help you set a realistic revenue forecast based on your apartment type, location, and seasonality.
